Sales (including layaway) are final on clearance, sale or "as is" merchandise.

Layaway: $100 down, a 30 day payment, remainder at 60 day pickup.  Items not paid for at the end of this period will be returned to stock and store credit* issued.

Exchanges: Full priced gowns and veils may be exchanged during the layaway period. Under some circumstances, subject to management approval, exchanges may also be made after purchase within a three (3) month period form date of purchase, if: 1.) no alterations have been done and item is not damaged in any way, 2.) items have the original price tags attached, 3.) sales receipt and or layaway papers are presented. 

Returns: Full priced gowns / dresses and veils may be returned for store credit* only, subject to management approval, within three (3) months of date of purchase.  The above criteria applies.  

Orders: $100 down, balance due when gown arrives at Nebraska's Bridal Outlet.  If the order is rejected / canceled by the customer, store credit* applies.  If the customer transfers the down payment to an in-stock gown, the shipping / handling charge will still be charged. Orders can take up to four months, occasionally longer. 

* Store credits are subject to deduction of a restock fee of $25.00 per gown, $5.00 for veils, slips, and flower girls dresses, also shipping and handling costs where applicable.  Credits can be used at either the bridal or Warehouse Surplus and Variety Store.

Alterations, cleaning or pressing are the customer's responsibility.  Nebraska's Bridal Outlet assumes no liability for quality or expediency of such work.
